Our Services
01.Simple Getaway Fee - Starts at $150
For All-Inclusive resorts, simple domestic trips, cruises that are generally a single destination and around 1–7 days of travel. Covers up to 5 travelers but if you have more, refer to my group fees.
02.Custom Journey Fee - Starts at $300
For complex international travel, multi-city itineraries, or longer trips between 8-14 days of travel. Covers up to 5 travelers but if you have more, refer to my group fees.
03.Exquisite Luxury Fee - Starts at $500
For highly detailed, multi-segment itineraries requiring specialized vendor sourcing and usually 15+ days of travel. Covers up to 5 travelers but if you have more, refer to my group fees.
04.Airfare Booking Fee
Starts at $50 per person, per ticket. Applied for researching and booking flights. I may waive this fee if I can include it as part of a travel package from my vendor or on some Business or First Class flights. All options will be discussed before any additional fees are charged.
05.Priority Service Fee
Starts at $100 per trip. For when a trip requires immediate research, planning, and booking. Some examples would be if your trip that departs within 30–60 days or if your trip is over a major holiday or high demand period. ​You move to the front of the line for expedited service and attention.
06.Pre/Post Cruise Planning Fee
Starts at $150 per trip. Applies for custom accommodations, touring, and transfers that extend your trip before and/or after a cruise sailing. This also applies to any pre/post travel planning for escorted/guided tours as well.
07.Line Item Breakdown Service
Starts at $250. For those who need a more detailed cost breakdown of their trip. This service is available upon request and it must be done before any work has started. There are pros and cons to this service and I am happy to review those during our initial phone call.
08.Group Simple Getaway Fee - Starts at $300
For trips that are generally to a single destination and around 1–7 days of travel. Some examples are room/cabin blocks for a wedding, a multigenerational family or multiple couples traveling together.
09.Group Custom Journey Fee - Starts at $600
For trips that are multi-stop group tours or complex itineraries with shared activities that span 8-14 days of travel. Some examples are a family reunion through Italy or a 40th birthday tour in Japan.
10.Group Exquisite Luxury Fee - Starts at $1000
For high-touch, exclusive group experiences that are usually 15+ days of travel. Some examples are a private villa, a chartered yacht, or a corporate retreat with personalized VIP events.
11.Change/Cancellation Fee
Starts at $100 per change or per person for cancellations. Applied for significant changes or cancellations made after initial planning is complete or bookings are secured. This covers the administrative time required to process revisions with suppliers.
