Professional Service Fees

After our initial complimentary discussion and we agree to work together, I charge a Professional Planning Fee. This covers my time and expertise required to design, customize, and manage your trip. It ensures that my recommendations are based solely on your specific needs, travel style, and budget. See my Group Service Fees page for details on groups of 6 or more travelers. 

Please note, these are introductory prices for 2026 to celebrate the launch of my own agency.

My Planning Fees

  • Simple Getaway Fee - Starts at $150

    For All-Inclusive resorts, simple domestic trips, cruises that are generally a single destination and around 1–7 days of travel. Covers up to 5 travelers but if you have more, refer to my group fees.

  • Custom Journey Fee - Starts at $300

    For complex international travel, multi-city itineraries, or longer trips between 8-14 days of travel. Covers up to 5 travelers but if you have more, refer to my group fees.

  • Bespoke Luxury Fee - Starts at $500

    For highly detailed, multi-segment itineraries requiring specialized vendor sourcing and usually 15+ days of travel. Covers up to 5 travelers but if you have more, refer to my group fees.

What's Included?

Service Add-Ons (If Applicable)

My Additional Fees

  • Airfare Booking Fee

    Starts at $50 per person, per ticket. Applied for researching and booking flights. I may waive this fee if I can include it as part of a travel package from my vendor or on some Business or First Class flights. All options will be discussed before any additional fees are charged.

  • Priority Service Fee

    Starts at $100 per trip. For when a trip requires immediate research, planning, and booking. Some examples would be if your trip that departs within 30–60 days or if your trip is over a major holiday or high demand period. ​You move to the front of the line for expedited service and attention.

  • Pre/Post Cruise Planning Fee

    Starts at $150 per trip. Applied for custom accommodations, touring, and transfers that extend your trip before and/or after a cruise sailing. This also applies to any pre/post travel planning for escorted/guided tours as well.

  • Change/Cancellation Fee

    Starts at $100 per change or per person for cancellations. Applied for significant changes or cancellations made after initial planning is complete or bookings are secured. This covers the administrative time required to process revisions with suppliers.

Important Note on Fees

The Planning Fee covers your initial custom itinerary design and research. It is non-refundable once work has started. This fee ensures I dedicate the necessary time and expertise to designing your perfect trip.

Also, any additional fees will be discussed with you before they are assessed.
