A call (or video chat) is necessary to establish your travel vision, ideal budget, travel style, key interests, and logistical needs. It is typically 20–30 minutes.

Engagement & Planning Fee
You commit to moving forward with me by paying the Professional Planning Fee. This officially engages my services and covers the time to expertly research and design your trip.

Paperwork & Agreement
The primary travelers must complete my online paperwork which provides essential traveler information. This ensures accuracy for all future bookings and allows me to book travel on your behalf.

Custom Design & Review
I start working on a custom travel itinerary by accessing my exclusive travel network. We will review the proposal(s) together over a video chat. We will refine the details over email/phone until every element is perfect.
Your Booking Decision
Maximizing Your Value
At this stage, the Professional Planning Fee has covered the exclusive research and design presented in Steps 1–4. The planning fee remains the same regardless of your decision at this point.
However, to gain access to my exclusive partnerships, preferred pricing, special amenities, and the high-touch support listed in Step 5 and 6, all bookings must be processed & booked through me.

Exclusive Booking & Finalization
By choosing to book through me, I handle all the financial details, secure your reservations, and immediately activate any exclusive benefits. This also includes my dedicated Concierge Service.

You travel! I remain your dedicated point of contact, providing 24/7 In-Travel Support for any emergencies or unexpected changes. When you return home, I will call you to discover all the incredible memories you made.
