Complimentary Discovery Call
A call (or video chat) is required to establish your travel vision, ideal budget, travel style, key interests, and logistical needs. It is typically 20–30 minutes. Please keep in mind that no research or itinerary design begins before this step.

Engagement & Planning Fee
Once we have aligned on the scope of the trip, you commit to moving forward by paying the Professional Planning Fee. This fee officially engages my services and covers the time to dedicate to expertly research and design of your trip.

Paperwork & Agreement
The primary travelers must complete my online paperwork which provides essential personal information. This step ensures accuracy for all future bookings and confirms a mutual agreement before any research or design work begins.

Custom Design & Review
I dedicate my time and access my exclusive travel network to design a custom travel itinerary. We will review the proposed itinerary and quotes together either in person or on a video chat. We will continue to refine the details over email and phone calls until every element is perfect.

At this stage, the Professional Planning Fee has covered the exclusive research and design presented in Steps 1–4. The planning fee remains the same regardless of your decision at this point.
However, to gain access to my exclusive partnerships, preferred pricing, special amenities, and the high-touch support listed in Step 5 and 6, all bookings must be processed & booked through me.

Exclusive Booking & Finalization
By choosing to book through me, I handle all the financial details, secure your reservations, and immediately activate exclusive benefits such as preferred partner amenities. This also includes my dedicated Concierge Service. All your trip components are secured, confirmed, and organized for you.

You travel! I remain your dedicated point of contact, providing 24/7 In-Travel Support for any emergencies or unexpected changes. You will enjoy seamless support throughout your journey. When you return home, I will call you to discover all the incredible memories you made.
