Group Travel Service Fees

After our initial complimentary discussion and we agree to work together, I charge a Professional Planning Fee. This covers my time and expertise required to design, customize, and manage your trip. It ensures that my recommendations are based solely on your specific needs, travel style, and budget.

Whether it’s a milestone birthday, a multi-generational family reunion, or a getaway with your closest friends, traveling in a group creates memories that last a lifetime. However, coordinating the logistics for 6 or more people can quickly become a full-time job.

That’s where I come in. I specialize in streamlining the planning process, managing the fine details, and ensuring every traveler in your group feels like a VIP.

Please note, these are introductory prices for 2026 to celebrate the launch of my own agency.

Group Planning Fees typically cover 6-12 travelers. Additional fees for more than 13 travelers.

My Group Planning Fees

  • Group Simple Getaway Fee - Starts at $300

For trips that are generally to a single destination and around 1–7 days of travel. Some examples are room/cabin blocks for a wedding, a multigenerational family or multiple couples traveling together.

  • Group Custom Journey Fee - Starts at $600

For trips that are multi-stop group tours or complex itineraries with shared activities that span 8-14 days of travel. Some examples are a family reunion through Italy or a 40th birthday tour in Japan.

  • Group Bespoke Luxury Fee - Starts at $1000

For high-touch, exclusive group experiences that are usually 15+ days of travel. Some examples are a private villa, a chartered yacht, or a corporate retreat with personalized VIP events.
